🚨 Construction Sales Representative | $120K–$130K OTE | Grand Rapids, MI 🚨


We’re hiring a Construction Sales Representative to drive business growth and build strong client relationships across the Grand Rapids market. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical/HVAC knowledge who thrives in a relationship-driven, high-impact sales role.


💰 Compensation & Benefits:

  • $75K–$85K base salary + commission
  • First-year OTE: $120K–$130K+

🔧 What you’ll do:

  • Identify and pursue new business with building owners, developers, and GCs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and consistent communication
  • Develop and present proposals, estimates, and contracts
  • Partner with engineering, estimating, and project teams for seamless project execution
  • Track pipeline, forecast opportunities, and report performance metrics

🎯 What we need:

  • Experience in construction sales, estimating, or project development
  • Strong understanding of mechanical/HVAC systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Background in mechanical contracting or HVAC construction
  • Experience with design-build or large commercial projects
