QA/QC

QA/QC Lead Project Coordinator to lead quality efforts on large commercial mechanical and plumbing projects. This is a step up role for an experienced quality individual OR Foreman who understands quality, compliance, and how jobs really get built—and wants to have a bigger impact across entire projects.

You’ll stay connected to the field while also working closely with project management, clients, inspectors, and testing & balancing teams. You’re the go-to person for quality: setting expectations, catching issues early, and making sure systems are installed and operate the way they’re supposed to.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in commercial mechanical or plumbing construction
• Experience leading direct reports required.
• Strong background in healthcare, medical gas, institutional, or military work
• Experience with testing, balancing, and commissioning teams
• Quality-minded leader who can still roll up their sleeves
