This position plays a critical role in maintaining consistency, accuracy, and safety across assigned projects. Exposure to diverse, high-profile construction projects across multiple markets.Competitive pay, benefits, and continued training for career growth.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in project handoff meetings to understand scope, requirements, and QA/QC expectations.Manage and support QA/QC functions on assigned projects as directed by the QA/QC Department Manager or Supervisor.Schedule and attend regular meetings with project teams to review inspection progress and schedules.Coordinate with General Contractors’ QA/QC teams and participate in joint inspections.Provide guidance and support for project teams using the QuickBase QA/QC App.Promote and reinforce use of Best Practice Guides to ensure consistent, high-quality installations.Conduct and document inspections — including underground, temporary power, equipment, switchboards, and panelboards — in the QuickBase QA/QC App.Create and manage nonconformance reports for damaged or deficient equipment.Verify torque and megger testing documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Identify punch list items during wall and overhead inspections and confirm completion through the QA/QC system.Verify that all project closeout documentation is complete and accurate.Support administrative tasks and documentation control as directed.Travel to active jobsites, including out-of-town projects, as needed.Foster positive relationships and promote an upbeat, solutions-focused work climate.What We're Looking ForMinimum of 5 years’ experience in the electrical construction industry, preferably at the Foreman or Superintendent level.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the QuickBase QA/QC App.Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce accurate reports and correspondence.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to changing demands.Comfortable working on active construction sites and performing physical inspections (climbing, kneeling, working at heights).Ability to work in varying weather conditions and utilize required PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
