Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Engineer (Entry-Level) to join our growing team.

This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both field and office project management while contributing to large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, designers, and clients to manage schedule, safety, and quality on-site.
• Review and control construction documents, drawings, and correspondence to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and contractual standards.
• Monitor site activities against blueprints to verify adherence to budget, timeline, and contract specifications.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, RFAs, construction plans, and progress reports.
• Apply OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment and ensure non-compliance issues are promptly corrected.
• Review and approve monthly progress payments and supporting documentation.
• Assist in both site supervision and office-based project coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in construction or architectural projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and document management skills.
• Bilingual in English and Korean required.
• Familiarity with semiconductor, commercial, or industrial building construction a plus.
• Experience with reinforced concrete, steel structures, and interior finishes preferred.
