Construction Quality & Compliance ManagerReports to: Quality Team Leader We’re seeking an experienced Construction Quality & Compliance Manager to lead quality initiatives on a major U.S. semiconductor plant project in Taylor, Texas. This role ensures full compliance with project specifications, U.S. codes, and international standards, while driving proactive quality improvement across all disciplines.Position Summary: Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position oversees the implementation and enhancement of the Quality Management System (QMS). The role involves design/spec review, process optimization, compliance oversight, and cross-functional coordination with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage QA/QC systems aligned with ISO 9001, ASME, SEMI, and U.S. codes (IBC, NEC, OSHA).Review drawings and specifications to identify and mitigate design or constructability issues.Manage quality documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.Oversee inspections, audits, and non-conformance management to drive corrective actions.Analyze field data to identify quality risks and implement preventive measures.Conduct site audits, mentor field teams, and evaluate subcontractor quality performance.Coordinate quality reporting, KPI tracking, and closeout documentation (turnover packages).Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.10+ years of QA/QC experience on large-scale U.S. industrial or semiconductor projects.Strong knowledge of ISO standards, AISC, ACI, AWS, NEC, and city inspection processes.Proven leadership and communication skills across multicultural teams.Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and quality management tools.English fluency required; Korean language skills preferred.Preferred: ASQ CMQ/OE, PMP, CQCSM, or PE certification; experience in cleanroom or high-tech industrial construction.
