HVAC Senior Service / Chiller Technician

Starting at $35.00+/hour (Based on Experience & Qualifications)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Senior Service / Chiller Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a technician with a strong background in servicing air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, RTUs, split systems, and other large commercial HVAC equipment. Candidates should be confident working independently or leading a small crew on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including:
  • Split systems, heat pumps, RTUs, chilled water systems, boilers
  • Pneumatic and electrical control systems
  • Air- and water-cooled chillers
• Complete daily digital service documentation using a handheld device
• Lead or assist small teams on job sites as needed
• Participate in special projects or tasks assigned by management
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication on site
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge of chillers, RTUs, boilers, and controls
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) is highly preferred
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior technicians
• Valid EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• OSHA 10 Certification (Provided if not already held)
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and MVR

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various physical positions
• Occasional travel within Savannah, GA and Charleston, SC regions
• Valid driver’s license required
