Job Description

Human Resources Manager /SR. HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on building relationships, driving change, and making a real impact? This is your chance to lead HR strategy and operations for a growing, people-first organization where your voice and expertise truly matter.

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on HR Manager / Business Partner to support leaders and employees across the branch locations. This isn’t a back-office HR role — it’s highly visible, collaborative, and consultative. You’ll partner with managers on everything from talent acquisition and employee development to compliance and culture-building. You’ll also serve as a trusted sounding board to employees, helping create a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and set up to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with leaders to design and deliver proactive people strategies around recruiting, retention, training, and engagement.
  • Act as a consultative advisor on employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance.
  • Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and communication across all levels.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance; provide coverage when needed.
  • Lead or contribute to key HR initiatives including onboarding, development programs, and change management efforts.
  • Maintain current knowledge of employment laws and best practices to keep the organization compliant and ahead of trends.
  • Travel periodically to the branch locations — more frequently at first to establish relationships, then as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or business partner roles.
  • Strong recruiting, employee relations, and coaching background.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred); exposure to COINS or similar ERP helpful.
  • Confident, approachable communicator with sound judgment and a steady, pragmatic style.
