Role Summary
As a Contract Safety Manager, you will oversee safety operations for a hyperscale data center construction project in Columbus, OH. This role requires a proven safety professional with OSHA 500 or OSHA 510 certification and extensive experience managing safety in multi-trade construction environments. You will enforce compliance, conduct training, and serve as the on-site authority for safety standards while working closely with project leadership and trade partners.

Overtime eligible + weekly pay via direct deposit
$110/day per diem (7 days/week)
Contract duration: Minimum 3 months, with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:
Enforce site safety compliance in accordance with OSHA, client, and company policies
Conduct daily safety audits, inspections, and toolbox talks
Lead new hire and subcontractor safety orientations
Maintain and review JSAs, logs, and safety reports
Participate in incident investigations and corrective action planning
Serve as the on-site authority for safety practices and standards
Collaborate closely with project management and trade partners
What We’re Looking For:
OSHA 500 or OSHA 510 certification (required)
5+ years of construction safety management experience; data center or industrial project experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and site safety protocols
Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, multi-trade construction environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
