Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a "coach approach" to safety – encouraging education, engagement, and empowerment.
  • Conduct daily site safety inspections, safety briefings, and toolbox talks.
  • Investigate all incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
  • Maintain and track all safety-related documentation and reports using Procore and other software systems.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and client-specific safety standards.
  • Assist with safety onboarding for all site personnel and trade partners.
  • Lead and support job site safety audits, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with project management and field leadership to align safety goals and execution.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Manager in a data center, mission-critical, or industrial construction environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety regulations.
  • OSHA 30 or OSHA 510 Certification
  • Proven experience leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and safety tracking platforms.

  • Must be a team player with a hands-on, proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:
