What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Project Managers
  • Drive operational excellence through budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and industry best practices
  • Ensure project consistency from estimating through closeout
  • Participate in strategic planning and executive-level decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive project management experience in the electrical construction industry
  • Prior leadership experience overseeing Project Managers and large-scale electrical projects
• Familiarity with design-build delivery method and prefabrication strategies preferred
  • Strong background in project management, financial oversight, and client relations
  • Familiarity with construction management software and reporting tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
