About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to lead a large-scale healthcare project in Tampa, FL. You’ll manage the completion of the project—ensuring budgets, schedules, safety, and quality standards are achieved from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of plumbing work on a major healthcare facility
• Manage budgets, billings, change orders, and cost reporting
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors on-site
• Lead project meetings with clients, GCs, and trade partners
• Enforce safety standards, codes, and contract compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing project management (healthcare preferred)
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and multi-trade coordination
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and financial skills
