Pay: $30–$40/hour (DOE)                                                            Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead commercial HVAC installations – equipment, ductwork, fittings, grills, etc.
• Ensure safety first on every project
• Layout and connect electrical wiring for HVAC systems
• Perform system startups and confirm proper operation
• Determine time, material, and workforce needs for assigned projects
• Build positive relationships with team members, contractors, vendors, and managers
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints, codes, and specifications
• Mentor team members and assist with other trades as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
• EPA Refrigerant Type 1 and 2 (minimum)
• OSHA 10 (preferred)
• Ability to independently install commercial HVAC equipment
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems and codes
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Must pass drug screen, background check, physical, and MVR

Physical & Workplace Requirements:

• Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic
• Ability to work 10-hour days + overtime as needed
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions (indoor/outdoor)
• Ability to lift/carry up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks (crawling, kneeling, bending, overhead work)
