  • Lead commercial HVAC installations for HVAC systems
  • Perform system startups and confirm proper operation
  • Determine time, material, and workforce needs for assigned projects
  • Build positive relationships with team members, contractors, vendors, and managers
  • Accurately read and interpret blueprints, codes, and specifications
  • Mentor team membersQualifications:
    • 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
    • EPA Universal Certification (minimum)
    • OSHA 10Physical & Workplace Requirements:
      • Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic
      • Ability to work 10-hour days + overtime as needed
      • Comfortable working in all weather conditions (indoor/outdoor)
      • Ability to lift/carry up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks (crawling, kneeling, bending, overhead work)
