HVAC Service Technician

Location: Tacoma, Seattle, Olympia, and surrounding Puget Sound areas
Pay: $27–$75 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:

• Perform service and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems up to 200 tons

• Diagnose and repair rooftop units, chillers, boilers, VRF systems, and split systems

• Deliver professional, customer-focused service

• Accurately document work and communicate findings

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC/R experience (residential or commercial)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical field tasks

Preferred (Not Required):

• EPA Universal Certification

• 06A Electrical License or Trainee Card

• Seattle Refrigeration License
