Our client—a leader in building automation, energy services, and integrated security systems—is seeking a talented BMS Software Applications Engineer to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and deploy high-performance control systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement project-specific HVAC and integrated system software & graphics

• Interpret hardware designs and write sequences of operation to ensure system functionality

• Write, compile, test, and install control applications

• Support commissioning efforts and collaborate with Service teams

• Interface with vendors and contribute to standard software libraries

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience programming DDC/BMS systems

• Strong understanding of HVAC controls, networking, and system integration

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, and control logic design

• Ability to read hardware drawings, manage software lifecycles, and work within a team environment
