Role Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to own the full project lifecycle—from contract award through closeout—ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and best-in-class quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead all phases of assigned plumbing projects, including kickoff, scheduling, field coordination, and turnover

  • Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, track actual vs. forecasted costs, and mitigate potential overruns

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate billings, process change orders, and maintain transparent cost reports

  • Field Coordination: Align manpower, materials, and equipment with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to meet project milestones

  • Document Management: Review and process RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; manage contracts, meeting minutes, change logs, and closeout packages

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate project meetings with clients, general contractors, and trade partners to resolve issues and drive collaboration

  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce contract requirements, building codes, and company safety standards on every job site

  • Vendor & Subcontractor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships, negotiate pricing, and secure reliable delivery schedules

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks and implement strategies to protect schedule, budget, and profitability

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing project management experience (high-rise plumbing a plus)

  • Deep understanding of plumbing systems, construction sequencing, and multi-trade coordination

  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent project management software

  • Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost forecasting, and variance reporting

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
