Journeyman HVAC Service Technician

Louisville, KY | Full-Time | Local Only | No Travel

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our commercial service team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you’ll service, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial HVAC systems across local job sites. No overnight travel is required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues using appropriate tools
• Communicate findings and service updates clearly to clients and team members
• Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably
• Participate in training to stay current with industry standards and practices

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience (commercial preferred; residential considered)
• Familiarity with rooftop units, split systems, air handlers, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Basic understanding of Building Automation Systems (preferred)
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
