Residential HVAC Installer

Missoula, Montana | Full-Time | $22.00–$30.00/hour (Based on Experience)

We are currently hiring a motivated and experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our team in Missoula, MT. In this role, you'll be responsible for the installation of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is dedicated to delivering a great customer experience. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring that each system is installed to manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission residential HVAC systems to spec
• Interpret mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams accurately
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
• Ensure safety compliance on all installations
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Complete job-related paperwork and documentation

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and MVR
