Quality Control (QC) Inspector/ CWI

Location: Brown Summit, NC

Pay: $22-30/hr

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team! In this critical role, you’ll ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards by conducting inspections, tests, and audits throughout the production process. KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

• Inspections and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections of units/products to confirm compliance with industry and company standards, including project specifications and drawings.

• Documentation and Reporting: Ensure all inspection and test reports are accurately completed, documented, and filed.

• Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers on Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and support Production Designers in resolving production issues.

• Specialized Inspection: Conduct vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, and welding inspections (for CWI or NDT Level II certified inspectors).

• Quality Assurance: Verify all quality checks are completed accurately and resolve any discrepancies proactively.

• Qualifications

• Education: A.S. degree in Engineering, Welding, HVAC, or related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in quality control or manufacturing.

• Certifications: Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or NDT Level II certification is a plus.

• Skills: Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, BlueBeam Revu, and cloud-based tools.
