Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and modifications to medium to large plumbing and piping systems
• Troubleshoot and repair failures in systems such as:
  • Water closets
  • Sanitation and storm drainage systems
  • Domestic water heating systems
  • Hydronic systems
  • Fire sprinkler piping systems
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and compliance
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied commercial environments

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a plumber, specializing in commercial systems
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across a wide range of plumbing components
• Journeyman Plumbing License (preferred, not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
