Our History
KODIAK Construction Workforce Solutions was founded in 2021 to provide innovative craft staffing solutions tailored to the unique demands of the construction industry. This includes providing on-demand local and travel-dedicated craft professionals on a just-in-time basis for projects ranging from data centers and semiconductor plants to LNG terminals, refineries, power plants, and other large capital projects.
In 2023, we expanded our capabilities to include direct hire recruiting services. We work closely with construction employers to deliver tenured construction professional candidates ranging from engineers, estimators and project managers to all ConTech, financial, and C-Suite roles. This was enabled by merging KODIAK Labor Solutions and Pivot Workforce USA, now operating under the KODIAK brand.
This merger combined our expertise and resources, allowing us to be a single-source staffing solution for leading contractors throughout the United States. Our growth reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, variable, and permanent talent to construction businesses while fostering meaningful careers for office and craft professionals.
