Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and place skilled tradespeople.
• Manage workforce pipelines for high-volume, short-term projects.
• Conduct onboarding, manage credentials, and ensure site-readiness.
• Coordinate closely with clients and field operations.
• Maintain compliance and tracking systems for field employees.

• Background in skilled trades staffing strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple placements and changing priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with staffing platforms and workforce tracking tools.
