Key Responsibilities

  • Source and vet candidates for permanent placement roles.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting, from job intake to offer negotiation.
  • Use ATS and recruiting platforms to manage pipeline activity.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their culture and needs.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences.

 
Qualifications
  • Experience in direct hire recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with the construction or skilled trades industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches.
  • Driven, competitive, and highly communicative.
