Sheet Metal Superintendent

A growing construction organization is seeking an experienced to lead field operations and ensure HVAC and sheet metal projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily field activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and installation schedules.
• Oversee HVAC ductwork and sheet metal installation from layout through completion.
• Monitor installation quality, productivity, and jobsite safety.
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, applicable codes, and company quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• as a Foreman or Journeyman, .
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC ductwork and sheet metal installation.
• Strong crew leadership and field-management skills.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and jobsite safety.
• No Journeyman license required.
