Position Summary

A growing mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial plumbing projects in Turkey, Texas. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial plumbing construction, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to lead field teams while managing project financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Review project drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Manage project costs, change orders, billing, and job profitability.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure projects comply with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Support manpower planning and coordinate with field leadership.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support future business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial plumbing construction.
• Experience managing mechanical or plumbing projects valued at $1M+ preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, construction methods, and project controls.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
