Senior Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial Construction

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to guide large-scale commercial and industrial projects from planning through closeout.

You’ll own customer relationships, contracts, project costs, and forecasts while working closely with field teams and mentoring Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.

What you’ll do

• Lead project schedules, work sequences, and labor planning
• Manage customer relationships, contracts, change orders, and project meetings
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontract procurement
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, operations and maintenance documents, and project closeout
• Partner with Superintendents to support daily field operations
• Track revenue, costs to complete, and expected gross profit
• Help project teams make sound decisions on scope, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Mentor and develop project team members

What you bring

• At least 5 years of commercial or industrial project management experience
• Hands-on experience managing projects valued at more than $10 million
• Experience coordinating labor and materials on large projects lasting a year or more
• Electrical trade knowledge
• OSHA 30-hour certification and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Strong communication, diplomacy, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
