You’re confident walking the site, engaging crews, and addressing issues in real time. You’re looking for a role where your voice matters, your impact is visible, and your work contributes to something bigger than the build itself.
Day in the Life
- Start the day with a site walk and pre-task safety planning with trade partners
- Lead a morning toolbox talk focused on current jobsite risks
- Conduct inspections across multiple work zones (civil, structural, MEP)
- Partner with supervisors to correct hazards and improve workflows

- OSHA 30 Certification required
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects preferred
