QA/QC Project Supervisor – Mechanical Construction
📍 North Texas | Full-Time
We’re seeking an experienced QA/QC Project Supervisor to lead quality efforts on commercial mechanical and plumbing construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance with design, code, and client expectations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead development and execution of project QA/QC plans
- Review drawings, specs, and submittals to identify risks and ensure constructability
- Serve as the primary quality liaison between project teams and stakeholders
- Oversee inspections, testing, startup, and commissioning activities
- Ensure installations meet quality standards, codes, and specifications
- Manage QA/QC documentation, reporting, and project closeout deliverables
- Conduct audits, track quality metrics, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with TAB and commissioning teams for system performance
- Mentor team members and support continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of commercial mechanical or plumbing construction experience
- Strong knowledge of system installation, sequencing, and QA/QC processes
- Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple trades
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with large-scale projects ($40M+)
- Background in healthcare, institutional, or industrial construction
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience with TAB and commissioning processes
