Position Summary
Warehouse Operations SupervisorThe ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. This individual will drive productivity, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a culture focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and operational activities across assigned teams.

Required Qualifications
- 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing operationsStrong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and production workflows.
- Lean operational principlesStrong mechanical aptitude with solid analytical and administrative skills.
- Proficiency with modern technology including laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- OSHA safety regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
