Estimating Leader / Concrete Preconstruction

We are seeking a driven preconstruction professional to lead estimating efforts while helping grow long-term client relationships and project pipelines. This role goes beyond traditional estimating—it's about being a strategic partner who can influence projects from concept through execution.

You’ll lead full-cycle estimating for large-scale commercial concrete projects, including detailed takeoffs, pricing, and bid strategy. Just as important, you’ll work closely with general contractors and partners throughout the lifecycle—building trust, managing revisions, and staying engaged from early concept through final award. Success in this role requires patience, persistence, and the ability to nurture opportunities over time.

This individual will also play a key role in mentoring estimators and project managers, helping elevate team performance and drive continuous improvement. A strong presence, professionalism, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset are essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead estimating and preconstruction efforts for complex concrete projects
• Perform accurate takeoffs, cost analysis, and bid development
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships to drive repeat business
• Support business development and long-term pipeline growth
• Mentor and collaborate with estimators and project teams
• Leverage technology and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
