Position Title: Construction & Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: High Point, NC (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

Compensation: $80,000 – $85,000 base salary plus commission


Position Summary:

Kodiak Labor Solutions is partnering with a growing organization seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows how to navigate the construction and manufacturing talent landscape. This is not a “post and pray” role. We’re looking for someone who can actively source, engage, and close salaried professionals who keep projects moving and operations running.

You’ll step into a high-impact seat supporting one of the company’s largest operating divisions, with immediate access to hiring needs and long-term relationship-building opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried roles across construction and manufacturing teams
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Manage candidate pipelines, screenings, interviews, and offer processes
  • Build and maintain long-term talent relationships for future hiring needs
  • Track recruiting metrics and ensure an efficient, high-quality hiring process
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the company in the talent market

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of salaried recruiting experience in construction or manufacturing
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (High Point, NC office presence required)

Preferred:

  • Agency recruiting experience or high-volume recruiting exposure
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
