Overview

Kodiak Direct Hire Group is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting operations across the East Coast. This role oversees a team of 5 recruiters while driving full-cycle hiring strategy within the construction, MEP, AEC, and EPC sectors. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on execution, team performance, and market-driven hiring success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 recruiters to achieve hiring goals and performance metrics
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, including Project Managers and skilled professionals
  • Partner with Operations and leadership to align hiring strategies with workforce demand
  • Build strong field relationships and act as a strategic hiring advisor
  • Analyze recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversions) to drive performance
  • Leverage AI-driven recruiting tools and talent analytics to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and strong employer brand presence

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in construction, MEP, AEC, or EPC industries
  • 3+ years leading recruiting teams in high-demand markets
  • Proven success filling high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
  • Expertise in ATS, sourcing tools, and data-driven recruiting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
