What You’ll Do

• Perform detailed takeoffs for commercial plumbing and medical gas systems
• Review drawings, specs, and addenda
• Solicit and level vendor/subcontractor pricing
• Prepare complete, accurate bid packages
• Manage bids from takeoff through submission

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines

Preferred: medical gas experience, knowledge of applicable codes, and field background.
