Business Development Sales Professional – HVAC Service Solutions

📍 Location: Macon, GA

💼 Job Type: Full-Time | In-Field & Office-Based

💲 Compensation: $65,000–$105,000 (1st Year Potential, Base + Commission)


About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to join our business development team. As a Business Development Sales Professional, you will focus on generating new business opportunities and developing lasting client relationships in the commercial and industrial sectors. Your primary goal will be to sell HVAC mechanical maintenance service solutions that deliver long-term value to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in markets such as healthcare, education, manufacturing, distribution, banking, and data centers.
  • Sales Strategy: Follow a structured sales process to qualify leads, engage prospects, and close deals.
  • Customer Discovery: Conduct in-person discovery meetings to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and maintain a full pipeline.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare estimates and pricing proposals for preventative maintenance agreements.
  • Travel: Visit prospective clients throughout your assigned territory for face-to-face relationship building and business development.
  • Close Business: Own the sales cycle—qualify, present, propose, and close.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of generating leads and closing service-based sales
  • Experience in HVAC, mechanical service, or related industries preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree preferred
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Able to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR
