A leading commercial mechanical contractor is seeking experienced and career-minded HVAC Service Technicians to join its Building Services team supporting clients in the Fredericksburg, VA area. What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large commercial HVAC systems and associated control systems
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns, test and inspect components, and complete necessary repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve system reliability and efficiency
• Communicate findings clearly with customers and team leaders
• Work independently in customer-occupied buildings, maintaining professionalism and safety

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Service Technician specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Skilled in diagnosing and servicing various HVAC equipment and control systems.
• Journeyman’s license (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and job site compliance.
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• High level of professionalism, customer service, and technical communication.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record. (required)
• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check. (required)
