HVAC Service Technician – Commercial

💲 Pay Range: $30–$40 per hour + Overtime Opportunities

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced and career-driven HVAC Service Technicians to support commercial clients in the Chesapeake, VA area. This role is ideal for skilled technicians who are ready to grow their careers with a team that values technical excellence, safety, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain medium to large commercial HVAC systems and control systems
• Troubleshoot breakdowns using appropriate tools and techniques
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble parts to perform repairs
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and reliability
• Work independently and professionally in customer-occupied commercial settings
• Maintain safe job site practices and compliance with company and OSHA standards

Required Qualifications:

• Proven field experience in commercial or industrial HVAC service
• Skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems and related controls
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and job site safety practices
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Journeyman HVAC license (preferred but not required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
