Position Summary:

A leading commercial services contractor is seeking experienced Commercial Electricians to join its growing Service team in Central Virginia. This is an opportunity to work on challenging service projects while advancing your electrical career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical service, installation, and repairs on commercial buildings and systems
• Install and maintain:
  • Relays, starters, motors, and switches
  • Control panels, motor control centers, transformers, and switchgear
  • Heat tracing systems, cable trays, and other power distribution components
• Run conduit, pull wire, terminate conductors, and install junction boxes
• Support electrical work related to retrofits, equipment replacements, and service projects
• Troubleshoot and manage your own projects with minimal supervision
• Work independently, including night shifts in critical facility environments
• Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and OSHA safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Journeyman-level experience in commercial power and control wiring
• Proven ability to manage projects and work independently in the field
• Strong understanding of NEC and OSHA safety regulations
• Electrical Journeyman or Master license (preferred, not required)
• Completion of electrical trade school (preferred, not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
