Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Executive to oversee large-scale mechanical and plumbing construction projects and lead a team of Project Managers. This role reports directly to executive leadership and is responsible for overall project execution, financial performance, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple mechanical and plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Directly manage and mentor Project Managers; set expectations and drive performance
• Own project financials including budgets, forecasts, cost control, and margin protection
• Provide executive-level oversight on contracts, change orders, and risk management
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the escalation point for major issues
• Ensure projects meet schedule, quality, safety, and operational standards
• Partner with estimating, preconstruction, and operations to support business growth
• Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MEP construction, with strong mechanical and/or plumbing expertise
• Proven experience managing Project Managers and multiple concurrent projects
• Strong financial and operational leadership skills
• Experience delivering projects in healthcare, higher education, municipal, or commercial markets preferred
• Local market knowledge strongly preferred
• Direct, decisive leadership style with executive-level communication skills
