HVAC Technician

HVAC Field Supervisor – Columbus, OH ($40–$50/hr BOE)

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead field Service operations, ensure high-quality service PM and repair execution, and develop the next generation of skilled technicians. This role oversees multiple commercial and industrial job sites, coordinates service repairs, and supports field teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support HVAC field technicians across commercial and industrial service work
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily field operations to ensure on-time, on-budget repair delivery.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, troubleshooting, and quality assurance throughout all field work.
• Train, mentor, and reinforce best practices and company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and customers to resolve issues and maintain clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and industry regulations.
• Review project documentation, verify materials, and maintain accurate reporting.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites.

Qualifications:

• 15–20 years of HVAC industry experience, specifically in commercial and industrial environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop technicians at all levels.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver’s license; EPA certification preferred.

Compensation:

• $40–$50 per hour, based on experience.
