Electrical Assembler I – Build Powerful Systems & Travel the Country!

📍 Sheboygan Falls, WI

💲 $22–$26/hr + EXTRA $6/hr When Traveling (All Expenses Paid!)

🕓 1st Shift | 6:00am–2:30pm | Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing


You’ll be part of a skilled team building electrical control systems and sub-assemblies used in industrial environments.


Daily responsibilities include:

Reading blueprints, shop orders, and wiring diagrams

Laying out and wiring pushbutton stations

Building and wiring control panels

Drilling, tapping, and mounting panel components

Performing basic motor wiring

Using hand tools, electrical tools, and testing equipment

Operating forklifts and overhead cranes (if certified)

Traveling to customer sites for on-site electrical assembly

This is hands-on, real electrical work — not repetitive production line tasks.


🎯 What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to read manufacturing instructions and blueprints

Basic math skills (including metric conversions)

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Team player with strong communication skills


Bonus Points If You Have:

Forklift experience

CAD familiarity

ERP experience

Willingness to travel domestically or internationally
