Pay Range: $35.00-$45.00 (DOE)

We're seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician in the High Point, NC area who takes pride in technical excellence, values a strong team culture, and is looking for a long-term career—not just another job.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our Service team, you'll provide preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems:
DX systems (up to 100 tons)
Water-cooled and packaged AC systems (up to 150 tons)
Water source heat pumps
CRAC units with integrated humidifiers and advanced controls
Gas and electric heating systems
Pneumatic, electronic, and DDC control systems
VAV and air handling systems in larger facilities
Daily Duties Include:
System start-up, evaluation, and calibration using appropriate gauges/instruments
On-site diagnostics and component-level repair/replacement
Performing scheduled preventative maintenance including cleaning coils, inspecting belts, ductwork cleaning, etc.
Site start-up support for newly installed equipment
Accurate, real-time updates to dispatch and coordination with team leads
What You Bring
10+ years commercial HVAC experience (required)
Universal EPA Certification (required)
Ability to work independently while staying connected to team goals
High level of initiative, professionalism, and technical precision
Flexibility for rotating on-call shifts and emergency support
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent communication and customer service skills
