You’ll lead coordination with architects, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance on every job.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare estimates, manage budgets, and monitor project progress.Schedule, direct, and support construction crews and subcontractors.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients throughout project phases.Oversee vendor negotiations, change orders, and project documentation.Ensure adherence to building codes, permits, and quality standards.Drive project completion on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.Qualifications5+ years of experience managing construction teams or general contractors.Strong understanding of construction permits, codes, and life safety systems.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction scheduling tools.Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.Flexible to work extended hours or on-call as project demands.
