Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Helper to assist with construction tasks, including installing Sheetrock, grinding, gluing, and laying tread. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable using hand and power tools, and work well with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in measuring, cutting, and installing Sheetrock/drywall panels.

• Grind surfaces to ensure smooth, even finishes.

• Apply adhesive (glue) as needed for various materials and surfaces.

• Help in laying stair treads and ensuring secure, accurate placement.

• Keep the work area clean and organized.

• Load and unload materials and tools.

• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.

• Support skilled tradesmen and follow directions from supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Familiarity with basic tools (saws, grinders, drills, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Reliable transportation to job sites.
