Regional Account Executive

Job Description

Construction Recruitment & Staffing / Excellent Salary & Commission

  • Regional Role – Intermountain Region

  • The Starting Salary is $70,000 with an Uncapped Commission Structure

Opportunity Overview –  We offer construction-experienced sales professionals an exceptional income potential, full healthcare benefits, and the tools you need to succeed. This includes training, a highly in-demand product, and a respected brand that makes it less challenging to get your foot in the door of top-tier commercial and heavy industrial construction contractors.

Two Services to Market –  Direct Hire Recruiting:  You’ll market our permanent placement recruiting services, which put proven construction professionals – engineers, project managers, BIM/CAD designers, estimators, etc. – before our portfolio of contractor prospects and clients.

Craft Staffing Solutions:  We work closely with many of America’s largest AEC, EPC, MEP, and Heavy Industrial Contractors, helping them sustain right-sized trade workforces on projects ranging from mission-critical data centers to large capital projects within oil & gas, food processing, power and other sectors.  Kodiak employs thousands of road warrior craft professionals – a sought-after, journey-level core team of pipefitters, TIG/MIG/stick/pipe welders, HVAC specialists, and electricians.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships within our Gulf Coast territory. You’ll work closely with our recruiting teams on mobilizing the right craft professionals for client orders, worker retention, safety, and client satisfaction.

Full Support to Our Account Execs—Upon securing an order, you’ll be supported by tenured recruiters who are prepared to mobilize from one to hundreds of crafts to projects throughout North America. We also serve clients with on-site service professionals who help ensure your clients remain fully satisfied throughout the project.
